Special Projects Intern

About the role

• Take inventory of office supplies, place orders for supplies needed and restock beverages, snacks, and office supplies

• Daily (when in office) lunch order setup

• Prepare and handle incoming and outgoing mail & packages. Scan mail + share to correct team member

• Guest registration + conference room booking

• Provide assistance in preparing and submitting monthly expense reports.

• Submit building work orders - including badge requests, deactivations, parking pass assignment

• Provide assistance in attendance and coordinating volunteering events & holiday parties, and other events.

• Social Media Posts, related to event promotion or reposting relevant content to boost our portfolio companies

About you

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented

• Strong verbal & written communication + interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in GSuite + Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Current undergraduate student
