Position Summary:

As a Special Projects Coordinator, you will support the planning, execution, and reporting of various projects aligned with our grant objectives and organizational goals. You’ll serve as a liaison across departments and external partners, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, journals, and research reports
• Provide project coordination support by compiling information, tracking timelines, and updating databases
• Liaise with internal departments and external organizations regarding current and future projects
• Collaborate with department leads to develop project plans and reporting mechanisms
• Prepare and submit reports as requested
• Work with vendors to obtain estimates and manage budgets
• Track and report on grant funding and compliance
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and grant documents
• Support Development and External Affairs with events and donations
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

· At least three years of experience working in a professional office setting.

· Experience preparing business letters and correspondences.

· Experience managing projects and events.

· Experience working with vendors, receiving estimates and tracking expenditures is required.

· Experience writing proposals and/or grant writing is highly desired

· Experience designing marketing materials, including online media, is highly desired.
