This is a remote position.
Job Highlights:• Fixed Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM EST, 1 hour unpaid break
• Client Timezone: ET (Eastern Time-Zone)
THIS JOB IS OPEN TO SPANISH/ENGLISH BILINGUAL SPEAKERS
Responsibilities:
• Dispatch daily medical transportation trips to drivers
• Communicate with facilities, clients, and drivers regarding trip details and issues
• Field calls and communicate updates on trip status
• Use broker portal and app to view, schedule, and update trip information
Requirements
• Experience with medical transportation dispatch• Comfortable learning and using web-based dispatching software
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
