On our team, you will work will Booz Allen colleagues, other support contractors, and U.S. Space Force personnel to develop and deploy the next generation of strategic military satellite communications capabilities. You will be an integral part of the engineering branch to assist the government as a Systems Integrator ensuring the space, ground, and crypto segments are integrated successfully to meet user’s needs. Your expertise and innovative thinking will be critical to ensure capabilities are delivered to meet the threat.

You Have:
7+ years of experience performing systems engineering or integration in DoD space systems
Experience performing systems engineering for satellite or ground systems
Experience using a Model-Based Systems Engineering or Digital Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines
Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to interact well in cross-functional team meetings and professional environments
Ability to work collaboratively and independently demonstrating initiative to complete complex tasks
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
Nice If You Have:
2+ years of experience with military SATCOM systems
2+ years of experience with space acquisition
Experience with a software program utilizing Agile methodologies
Experience working with software factories or DevSecOps pipelines
Experience with Confluence or JIRA
Ability to learn and solve problems quickly and creatively
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certifications, including ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification
Agile Certification, including CSM, CPO, PMI-ACP, or ICP Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
