Space Program Analyst

Delta Solutions & Strategies is currently seeking a dedicated Space Program Analyst to strengthen our team at the Pentagon. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of the Department of Defense's (DoD) Mission Assurance and Risk Management frameworks.

What you'll be doing:

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of various space systems against mission objectives.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and effectively implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to devise technical solutions for complex challenges.
• Seamlessly integrate functionalities within current systems and infrastructure.
• Develop and deliver detailed briefings and reports for senior leadership.
• Manage data collection, and oversee updates and modifications in both new and existing systems.
• Formulate and refine policies, procedures, and operational processes.

What you'll need:

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in risk management within the DoD context.
• Proven ability to conduct detailed technical analyses.
• Experience in supporting change management initiatives.
• Background in technical or scientific aspects of military operations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• TS/SCI security clearance.
