As a Spa Experience Host at Aqua Sana Forest Spa, you'll ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, relaxing experience with your warm welcome and commitment to exceptional service.

What you'll be doing

Provide a warm, professional welcome and respond to guest queries efficiently

Support the smooth operation of the spa, working collaboratively with the wider team

Maintain high standards across spa areas, reporting issues when required

Lead complimentary wellness sessions and manage bookings using the spa system

Your working hours

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 1st March 2027

Part-time contracts available, fully flexible

You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements

This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Free transport to and from work is available from Ballymahon and Longford Town for colleagues without access to their own transport

Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday

About you

Clear communicator with strong organisation, attention to detail and computer skills

Proactive and solution-focused, with experience in similar roles or the beauty industry

Warm and approachable with ability to build relationships at all levels

Effective time management, teamwork and use of initiative
