What's involved?

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist in managing a busy kitchen, ensuring smooth daily operations
Plan and organise kitchen tasks alongside the Head Chef
Supervise and coordinate a kitchen team of 6
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation, maintaining quality standards, catering for an average of (Apply online only) covers
Manage stock levels, assist with orders, and control waste and food costs
Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Contribute ideas for menu development and suggest new techniques
