Responsibilities
- Assist management in setting up sourcing strategies and data center operation sourcing by analyzing supply chain processes and strategies.
- Source/deliver hardware equipment for content delivery networks (POP site) around the world.
- Create spend data dashboard and project management tools to enhance data visualization and communication efficiency.
- Assist in establishing team KPI to measure team performance from supply chain efficiency/agility and service level perspective, and quantify team output and identify team improvement areas.
- Create workflow process map among cross functional teams, and work with platform team on system integration/upgrade to simplify cross-functional teams’ cooperation.
- Collect and conduct market intelligence for the team to help team make decisions.
- Conduct data analysis on spend and project status.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
- Performing financial and cost analysis, including Total-Cost Ownership (TCO), and creating Should-Cost Models for pricing analysis to support sourcing strategy, negotiation with suppliers, and opportunity identification;
- Performing vendor management activities, including evaluating supplier performance compared to business needs, developing and assessing supplier scorecards, negotiating supplier legal terms on behalf of business interests, and monitoring SLA compliance;
- Collecting, visualizing, analyzing, and presenting supplier and project data using business intelligence and data visualization tools Tableau and Excel pivot table, and using data to provide category spending and project KPI benchmarks;
- Developing inventory planning models to support demand forecast planning and capacity planning;
- Identifying and realizing process improvement opportunities by mapping current state processes and assessing for improvement opportunities in future-state process designs; and
- Researching market trend studies and risk management practices, and applying findings when coordinating supply chain sourcing strategies, including finding alternative supplies, to ensure supply chain continuity.

Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 15%
