Job Title: Sorting Team Lead
Location: 925 Freeport Parkway, Dallas, TX
Work Schedule: 12:00 PM - End of Shift (Full-time)
Pay Range: $23 - $25 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
Manage a small warehouse team and train new employees
Supervise job responsibilities and performance evaluation of warehouse staff
Coordinate with DSP and follow up on warehouse issues and urgent matters
Handle order picking, warehouse organization, and safety issues
Optimize layout flow and continuously improve business processes
Qualifications:
Chinese-speaking, experienced in warehouse team management
Responsible and capable of problem-solving
Strong communication skills and logical thinking, able to drive team efficiency
