Solutions Analyst I

Exciting Opportunity at MSK

We are seeking a Solutions Analyst to join the Windows Server Platform Team. In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between MSK's business objectives and IT capabilities. The Solutions Analyst studies the organization's processes and procedures, identifying gaps or inefficiencies applying infrastructure domain knowledge. This analysis then forms the basis for identifying & leading appropriate initiatives to automate specific processes and enhance overall operational effectiveness. The Solutions Analyst is critical in driving Infrastructures technological advancement and ensuring a seamless integration of IT with business processes.

Role Overview:

Conduct comprehensive studies of the organization's current processes, identifying areas that could benefit from automation or improvement.
Work with cross-functional IT teams to develop and design IT solutions that can automate processes, enhance efficiency, and improve service delivery across the organization.
Staying updated on emerging technologies within Infrastructure domains that could be leveraged to improve operations.
Collaborate closely with technology teams, and other personnel, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met which includes regularly reporting progress and solution performance metrics to partners and Senior Technology leaders.
Maintain awareness of and adhere to rules impacting the solution delivery process, such as compliance regulations, data governance policies, or organizational mandates, ensuring solutions are robust and sustainable.
Coordinate the entire lifecycle of solution projects, from conceptualization to implementation as well as handling resources, timelines, and risk mitigation while ensuring the successful delivery.

Key Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in business process analysis, IT solution design and Infrastructure domains.
1-3 years of experience with Windows Server 2012, 2012R2, 2016, 2022
Proven project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Strong self-management skills, with a high level of initiative and dedication to complete assignments promptly.
Ability to build and maintain coordinated working relationships.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify and evaluate problem-solving options.

Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and ensure project milestones are met.
