Solar Array Construction Project Manager

<strong>About the Role:</strong><br />
<br />
EnTech seeks a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a “Construction Project Manager” in Long Island, NY. In this role, the individual will need about 5 years of experience with a working knowledge of Solar Array installation on a large scale.<br />
<br />
<br />
<strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p>

<ul dir="ltr">
<li>Review bids, compare submitted contractor breakdowns as necessary, and provide input on bidders/cost.</li>
<li>Daily on-site construction supervision</li>
<li>Procore services for the Daily Log, Submittals, RFIs, Punchlist, Photos, and Documents record</li>
<li>Manage bi-weekly progress meetings and document meeting minutes</li>
<li>Review and approval of pay applications and proposed change orders</li>
<li>Manage closeout and commissioning efforts</li>
</ul>

<strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>

<ul dir="ltr">
<li>A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or Architecture</li>
<li>Familiar with similar projects that involve Solar Array Installation on a large scale</li>
<li>New York Professional Engineering license, preferred </li>
</ul>

<strong>Estimated Annual Compensation:</strong><br />
$120,000-$150,000<br />
