Software Tester

Key Role: 

Perform validation and user acceptance testing of multiple systems within a multi-channel contact center environment, including COTS desktop, Web Chat, CTI, or IVR. Develop, execute, and maintain a library of test artifacts on a release-by-release basis. Review and analyze system requirements including use cases, system resource specifications, and system documentation to determine testing approaches and map to test cases. Work independently to identify application defects that include functional, user interface, and data issues. Verify, reproduce, and communicate test results to the test manager and team members. Author comprehensive test defect reports that capture test findings. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. 

Basic Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience in Systems development life cycle (SDLC), including in an Agile environment

• 5+ years of experience with testing or quality assurance, including unit, system, regression, or UAT

• Experience in the testing phase of SDLC

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications: 

• Experience working in an Agile test environment 

• Experience with Test Management tools, including JIRA, Confluence, or Axosoft

• Experience with Test Automation tools, including Python or Selenium

• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including with team members, test manager, and clients
