The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As a Software Systems Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading and administering core software systems such PLM/eNovia used to support the Consumer Business Group (CBG)
• Deploying eNovia expansion projects for CBG such as migrating legacy systems, regional deployments of the Claims module and implementing process improvements for CMP
• Representing CBG on the PLM Steering Team to ensure alignment with R&D, PLM IT and 3M Business Group priorities
• Deploying training to the organization and new employees on software systems

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Three (3) years of software systems experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Two (2) years project management experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Two (2) years administrative experience with document management systems (such as PLM/eNovia) in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience migrating documentation management systems
• Experience with the Quality Modules of SAP
• Experience training users on system use and applications
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer or Quality Auditor
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Skills include strong verbal and written communication skills and able to self-manage and consistently utilize good judgement in the auditing process
• Flexible to adapt to changes
• Ability to manage complexity

Work location:

• Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic and international

Relocation Assistance: Maybe authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
