Acting as a key link between field-based engineers and software development teams, you will play a vital role in troubleshooting advanced issues, supporting critical customer installations, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional level of service. Requirements:

* Strong software troubleshooting, diagnostics, and log analysis skills

* Experience with Windows-based software and real-time control systems

* Knowledge of C#, .NET Core, WPF, C++, C, SQL/MySQL, PLC programming, or similar technologies

* Ability to support software and hardware integration challenges

* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
