What You Will Do:  

• Collaborate with various aspects of Allegion to follow industry standard best practices 

• Research and implement solutions to improve efficiency, security, and compliance 

• Improve our Quality maturity on digital products.  

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or any other tool for managing software delivery tasks is preferred.  

• Specific duties and responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and executing test plans and test cases against our software platforms, estimating test efforts, analyzing, and communicating test results, Peer reviews, defect tracking, and participating in day-to-day Quality Engineering Activities 

What You Need to Succeed:  

• Understanding of basic quality engineering principles.  

• Resiliency and ability to adapt quickly. 

• An inquisitive nature that seeks to understand concepts and principles about software and the industry standard business practices. 

• Effective listening, time management, and creative problem-solving techniques  

• A desire to learn, grow, and develop by working on projects that will impact Allegion’s business and customers
