The Opportunity
“We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Program Management leader to drive strategic software programs and delivery initiatives for the FICO Product Technology Organization. You will be part of a highly energetic team that help to ensure end-to-end delivery lifecycle, ensuring successful program execution, and managing release cycles development for the FICO Platform. What You’ll Contribute
- Oversee and drive end-to-end program management and release management operations for the Product organization. This role requires a strategic leader adept at managing complex programs/products, coordinating across numerous cross-functional teams, and implementing best practices to drive efficiency and excellence.
- Lead and manage strategic technical programs, aligning scope and release planning across multiple cross-functional areas with business objectives.
- Takes ownership and drives teams to quality and on-time delivery using Agile methodologies, company-defined delivery standards, and best practices.
- Identifies potential risks and obstacles that could impact program and release timelines. Proactively develops and executes mitigation strategies to address such risks and issues.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure delivery effectiveness, quality, and overall success.
- Facilitate culture of continuous learning by regularly improving established program and release standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of program and release managers.
What We’re Seeking
- Ideally an internal candidate with knowledge of FICO organizational makeup and products.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
- Strong background in leading and completing complex programs for Software-As-a-Service products and cloud-based services.
- Experience in planning and delivering commercial software utilizing agile processes for multiple public cloud technologies, e.g., AWS, Google, Azure.
- Practical understanding and application of technical program management, agile development lifecycle, and cloud delivery operations.
- Experience managing complex dependencies between various teams that play different roles within software releases.
- Proficiency in identifying and responding effectively to risks and issues that may impact delivery.
- Collaborative style; partners well with cross-functional teams solve problems and to complete complex deliverables within tight time frames.
- Exceptional facilitation and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Process oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Experience mentoring individuals and teams.
- Skilled with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Jira Plan to track progress of software releases.
- Scaled Agile Certification is preferred.

- The targeted base pay range for this role is: $112,000 to $176,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
