Overview:
We are seeking a Software Installation Technician to join our team and play a key role in implementing and upgrading our ERP software for clients.
As a Software Installation Technician, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and upgrading our ERP software product versions for new and existing clients. You will work closely with customers, project managers, and support teams to ensure seamless software implementations that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and upgrade iRely’s ERP software versions on client environments.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure successful software deployment, testing, and go-live.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to installation and configuration.
- Provide technical guidance to customers on system requirements and best practices.
- Document installation procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Work with internal teams to enhance deployment processes and product usability.
Qualifications & Skills:
- The ideal candidate will be local to Irving TX or Dallas /Fort Worth area.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with ERP software installation, configuration, or support.
- Familiarity with SQL databases, Windows/Linux environments, and networking concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple installations simultaneously.
