Software Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Software Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This position is essential in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of our software solutions within various client environments.

Your primary responsibilities will include configuring, testing, and installing our software at client sites. As an Implementation Specialist, you will engage directly with clients to provide training and support during the implementation process, ensuring that they are equipped to effectively utilize our solutions. This role involves collaboration across different teams and operational aspects of projects to guarantee seamless delivery.

Some travel (including international) will be required for on-site implementation of software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in software implementation, project management, or client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of software configuration and database management (MySQL, Oracle).
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or scripting languages.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Willingness to travel as required for client interactions.
