CSEngineering is looking to add a Software Engineering Support to our growing team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform software maintenance activities, supporting the sustainment and agile life cycle upgrades of the SUASMAN web application.
• Ensure comprehensive software documentation.
• Develop and maintain Software Design Document (SDD).
• Change, Incident, Release, Management recorded in Change Management Database (CMDB) and Spring Goals documentation.
• Release Management documentation and Backup/Recovery Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Provide monthly technical, performance, and financial reports to the COR for capital planning and Investment Control.
• Provide technical assistance in the development of user documentation.
• Produce content to be presented to the Configuration Control Board (CCB) working group. In addition, provide meeting minutes after CCB meetings with recommended SUASMAN web application changes subject for approval by SUAS Operations.
• Continue to develop additions and modifications to the SDD for each release in the development cycle.
• Build and package for release as designated in the Sprint Goals. Collaborate with SUAS Operations to maintain a one-two-year roadmap for SUASMAN's sustainment and life cycle upgrade to include both technology and operational objectives.
• Provide training to the Help Desk manager on newer capabilities or functional alterations of the web application. At a minimum, include a Power Point briefing that will identify all aspects of using the application, database information, and operational reports available from SUASMAN. Operator training shall be updated to incorporate new capabilities and features within 30 days of implementation/release.
• Work with the SUAS Operations to identify reporting requirements and implement predefined reports or tools to empower the SUAS units to generate custom reports. Reports will leverage SUASMAN data to improve Commanders' situational awareness and timely decision-making information.
• Assist the government in preparing responses to taskers from USAF staffs, units, and USSOCOM and/or its components regarding UAS, including assisting in preparation and delivery of technical papers and briefings.
• Collaborate with peripheral network managers to development source control repositories and integrate with pipeline tools licenses to support DevOps. All required hardware, software and will be Government furnished.
• Provide feedback, guidance, and support to colleagues and partners.

Security Clearance: SECRET Clearance

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be senior levels with a minimum experience of 10 years
• 8570 compliant with Security + certification
• BS degree desired in Computer Science or equivalent of years' experience
• Must be a United States Citizen

• Cloud Computing Environment (AWS/AZURE) with at least one year experience
• Cloud Platform As A Service (PaaS)

• Advanced.NET/CORE knowledge

• PKI Certificates and Requirements
• SCRUM Master and agile software development methodologies
• Source Control Management
• System/software accreditation and IA compliance knowledge
• STIGs
• Security Best Practices.
