Quick Position Facts!

Location: San Diego, CA at our wonderful G2 Ops office and customer site

Work Setting: In person, some remote opportunity, and/or flexible working hours, not a fully remote position

Looking to Start: September 2025

Salary Range: $100,000 - $145,000 plus benefits

Openings: 1 Full-Time Role

Knowledge Requirements:

• Experience designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for dashboards and data pipelines
• Strong skills in enhancing layout, readability, and visual appeal of Slate visualizations (or similar tools)
• Ability to gather, interpret, and implement feedback from end-users and stakeholders
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and ensuring consistent design across products
• Experience creating reusable templates, style guides, and design documentation
• Proficiency with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks)
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and product owners
• Agile Developer Certification or Certified Scrum Developer Certification 

Years of Industry Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience

Security Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain and maintain Active DoD Secret Clearance

Let's talk salary. The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 and goes up to $145,000, based on your qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package and have fringe benefits offered throughout the year. The benefits package value ranges from $13,000 for a single employee, and up to $28,000 for an employee and their family.
