You’ll help make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have: 

• 8+ years of experience working on software development teams in a professional environment

• 5+ years of experience with C#

• 5+ years of experience with web development languages and frameworks, including HTML, JavaScript, and Angular

• 5+ years of experience with version control, including Git 

• 5+ years of experience with relational databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

• Experience mentoring or supervising employees within a collaborative team environment 

• Experience acquiring client requirements and architecting solutions to meet those requirements

• Experience providing technical leadership for a software development team

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience in container lifecycle management, image optimization, and orchestration using Docker and Podman

• Experience deploying, configuring, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud applications in Azure

• Experience with DevOps principles, including automated CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, infrastructure automation, and cloud monitoring technologies

• Experience supporting Tier 3 support for existing applications

• Experience with Agile methodology in software development

• Possession of strong communication skills

• DoD 8570 IAT II Certification such as CISSP or Security+ Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component
