The Wistar Institute has an opening for a Software Engineer to join the laboratory of Dr. Noam Auslander. This position is fit for entry-level software engineers interested in biomedical research. The successful candidate will assist with the development of computational and machine learning methods for cancer research. This will include software development, benchmarking, and collaboration with other scientists. The ideal candidate for this role will have a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in a science-related field with experience working in a lab setting. Candidates with experience in Python, shell scripting, and Linux, C/C++ are preferred.
