The position performs complex systems analysis and programming tasks requiring advanced techniques, evaluates technical feasibility of proposed system solution, delivers upon agile stories. Our Integration Engineer will need to stay current on new and emerging technologies and serves as thought leader on webservices.

What you will do
• Define service specification and deliverables for a functional domain by working with SMEs
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
• Collaborate with Architects and contribute to implement standards and changes to systems and processes
• Ensuring design and development follows enterprise standards, processes, and policies
• Support application deployment and release management activities
• Collaboratively work with other groups by offering technical expertise where required
• Leading maturity and transformation of platforms, developing new capabilities
• Supporting multiple concurrent efforts
• Participate in business requirement discussions, identify system impacts and provide business requirements, system requirement specifications
• Be a team player that motivates and educates other team members
• Documenting approach and deliverables with each opportunity

What you will bring
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent combined education and experience
• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology
• 2+ years of experience in hands-on coding in MuleSoft APIs and MuleSoft Anypoint as an ESB
• 2+ years object-oriented software development/architecture experience in JEE
• Experience in coding Mule Flows, MUnit tests, and creating templates in Anypoint Studio
• Experience in building custom frameworks, components in MuleSoft
• Strong understanding of the MuleSoft 3-tier API Design
• Ability to troubleshoot Mule ESB (debuggers / flow analyzers), deployment, and tuning
• Solid Programming skills using JAVA, J2EE, JMS, SOAP / REST Web Services, XSLT, XML, JSON
• Experience of database access protocols such as JDBC and SQL
• Working knowledge of systems development life cycle and use of structured methodologies and techniques
• Experience integrating with Cloud/SaaS applications, APIs, SDK of packaged applications and legacy applications
• Basic understanding of JEE client and web application architectures
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities
• Experience in integration Architecture concepts and patterns, Service Oriented Architecture, Batch Integration, RESTful JSON services, Pub / Sub etc. including Event Driven Architecture
• Basic understanding of integration design patterns, SOA/EAI best practices
• Experience with understanding of data access needs
• Experience integrating systems using bult-in Mulesoft connectors
• A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under high-pressure
• Experience working in a team-oriented, global, collaborative environment
• Experience with version control systems such as SVN and GIT
• Process oriented logical thinking and understanding of models, use cases, information architectures
• Participate in ongoing production support and end user support
• Position may require work to be performed off business hours and weekends

What we would like to see
• Experience with or understanding of the ODATA specification
• Experience working with Azure and AKS deployment scenarios
• Experience in MuleSoft deployments spanning on-premise, on cloud and hybrid
• Utilizing MuleSoft connectors for Salesforce, NetSuite, Ivanti, Coupa, and other Enterprise Integrations
