Stellar Solutions is seeking a motivated Software Engineer to support our Mission Integration Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop critical problem-solving skills across the Program Lifecycle, contributing to the next generation of space exploration.

Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications

In this role, you will:

• Develop, execute, and troubleshoot test scripts in a LINUX/UNIX test environment using Python or C/C++
• Assist in spacecraft mission design and development
• Support hardware/software integration and troubleshooting activities
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure mission success
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to technical challenges

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience in developing test scripts in a LINUX/UNIX test environment using Python or C/C++
• Knowledge of hardware/software integration and troubleshooting techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Spacecraft Design & Mission Development
• Familiarity with agile software development life cycle
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

 

The typical salary pay range for this position is USD $85,000 - $110,000 per year plus a significant, company funded profit-sharing retirement savings plan. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus and a full benefits package.
