The WorkApps team empowers any employee to build their own custom solutions. Our tech stack includes AWS cloud technologies and diverse frameworks, including Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React/Redux, and Node.js.

This is a remote internship at Smartsheet, based in the USA. You will report to an Engineering Manager for 10-12 weeks over the summer months. 

You Will:

• Build a service/feature that you will deliver to our customers
• Work with your Product manager to gather the requirements and translate that to code
• Participate in the entire development life cycle, from concept to release
• Have the support you need from an inclusive and supportive team to have a successful internship
• Learn programming and development concepts from team members and senior engineers.

You Have:

• Proficiency with Java and/or JavaScript
• Familiarity with data structures, AWS cloud infrastructure
• Software development experience or equivalent
• Computer Science or related field of study, or equivalent industry experience
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis
