Software Engineer Intern - NetSuite

Intern - Must be enrolled in a university prior to and post internship. Target Internship Duration: May-Aug 2026 or June-Sept 2026.

What You’ll Bring:
To be considered for the Software Engineer Intern position within Oracle NetSuite, you must possess the Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs) below. • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. For clarity purposes, this means that Oracle is not in a position now, or in the future, to offer US immigration sponsorship. • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related science/engineering field during the 2025-2026 school year AND returning to the program after completion of the internship.  
• Are proficient (i.e., able to complete coding projects with no assistance) in at least one of these additional programming languages:
  • C/C++
  • Java
  • JavaScript
  • Python
  • SQL

• Have the ability to implement sophisticated algorithms and data structures in very complex systems with the highest quality.

   

• Demonstrated experience (projects, internships, coursework, research) with three or more of the following areas:
  • Databases
  • Computer Systems

  • Computer Operations

     

  • Object Oriented Design

  • Operating Systems

     

  • User Interface Design
  • Agent Engineering
  • Prompt and tool design
  • Workflow orchestration
  • Agent evaluation creation and evaluation feedback management
  • Prototype development for well-scoped implementation use cases

  • Analysis of agent outputs and incorporation of feedback into iterative agent improvement cycles

     

• Have completed at least your sophomore year toward your undergraduate degree, or higher, by summer 2026.
• Completed at least one internship, research assistantship, teaching assistantship, or equivalent practical experience working with the relevant areas noted above.

• Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US.

   

   

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Experience working with AI-powered development workflows, including experimentation, evaluation, and iterative optimization of agentic systems.
