Join our team as an Entry-Level Salesforce Developer to support the design, configuration, development, and deployment of solutions on the Salesforce and nCino platforms. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to grow their technical skills in cloud-based enterprise development with a focus on the commercial banking domain.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.  Specific activities may change from time to time. 

1.       Assist in developing and customizing Salesforce and nCino solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.

2.       Able to create nCino UI configuration for Treasury Products under the guidance of senior team members.

3.       Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

4.       Perform unit testing and assist in integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).

5.       Support application troubleshooting and bug fixing in sandbox and production environments.

6.       Document technical configurations, code components, and process flows.

7.       Learn and apply Agile/Scrum development practices.

8.       Collaborate with business analysts, testers, product owners, and senior developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

1.       High School diploma or GED Knowledge of programming software applications with up to four years of experience

2.       Foundational knowledge of business concepts and terms

3.       Effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing basic information about technical designs and system requirements

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

1.       Bachelor’s degree and two to four years of work experience in IT

2.       Knowledge of specific applications, systems, or business segments

3.       Banking or financial services experience

4.       Exposure to Salesforce development (e.g., Apex, LWC
