Paciolan is the leading live events platform that connects fans to sports, concerts, and theatrical events that they love. We are the trusted technology partner for College Athletics Power Five Conferences and world-famous venues in the arena and performing arts verticals. You’ll be partnering with Product to create solutions, so our fans enjoy a seamless, delightful experience from buying a ticket to attending an event. We move fast and ship code to production daily. So, we rely on you to make decisions that can have a massive impact on the outcome. You’ll get to own the end-to-end development and operation of our inventory system.
What you’ll do
- Ship code to production in your first week
- Leverage our paved road to ship faster and apply it to your day-to-day work
- Collaborate with product, UI/UX, customer success, and fellow engineers to come up with solutions that meet the desired outcomes
- Contribute ideas, research solutions and write Request For Comments (RFCs) to gather feedback
- Decide how to implement a solution based on tradeoffs
- Master your Inventory domain and resolve incident responses independently
- Develop insight based on analytics and suggest improvements
- Mentor and help team members outgrow their current role

The approximate base pay range for this position is $90,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
