Software Engineer I

You’ll be partnering with Product to create solutions, so our fans enjoy a seamless, delightful experience from buying a ticket to attending an event. We move fast and ship code to production daily. So, we rely on you to make decisions that can have a massive impact on the outcome. You’ll get to own the end-to-end development and operation of our inventory system.

What you’ll do

• Ship code to production in your first week
• Leverage our paved road to ship faster and apply it to your day-to-day work
• Collaborate with product, UI/UX, customer success, and fellow engineers to come up with solutions that meet the desired outcomes
• Contribute ideas, research solutions and write Request For Comments (RFCs) to gather feedback
• Decide how to implement a solution based on tradeoffs
• Master your Inventory domain and resolve incident responses independently
• Develop insight based on analytics and suggest improvements
• Mentor and help team members outgrow their current role

The approximate base pay range for this position is $90,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.  Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
