You’ll apply solid computer science fundamentals to solve complex problems in distributed systems, data modeling, and API design.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Design and Develop Core Services:</strong> Build robust, maintainable backend services in TypeScript/Node.js and other modern technologies that power our EHR integrations and clinical workflow automation.</li> <li><strong>EHR Integration Engineering:</strong> Architect and implement integration services leveraging HL7 v2, FHIR, and EHR-specific APIs. Move beyond simple data exchange to design scalable abstraction layers and reusable modules.</li> <li><strong>Distributed Systems and Cloud Architecture:</strong> Collaborate with DevOps engineers to deploy and operate microservices in AWS using containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, ECS).</li> <li><strong>Data Quality and Security:</strong> Implement rigorous validation, monitoring, and observability to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and HIPAA-compliant security.</li> <li><strong>Technical Leadership:</strong> Contribute to code reviews, system design discussions, and technical decisions that raise the engineering bar across the team.</li> <li><strong>Automation and AI in Development:</strong> Use AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot to streamline development, increase quality, and accelerate delivery.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Partner with product managers and EHR specialists to translate clinical workflows into elegant, scalable software solutions.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>The Expertise You'll Bring (Requirements)</strong></
