Description & Requirements

The Associate Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications in a collaborative and innovative environment. This role involves coding, debugging, and testing software to ensure high-quality deliverables, as well as working closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to technical solutions.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Design, code, and test software applications and modules, implement software solutions following best practices and coding standards, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of software to ensure reliability and functionality.
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and solutions to improve software design and functionality.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for software designs, code, and user manuals.
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve testing efficiency.
  • Explore new technologies and tools to enhance software development efficiency and effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or C++.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, like Git.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug software issues.
  • English communication skills including oral, written, presentation, and active listening.
  • Ability to start a fulltime role in Alpharetta, GA starting June 2025.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous internship experience or academic projects related to software development is a plus.
  • Cloud computing knowledge preferred.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning and/or Generative AI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
