The Associate Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications in a collaborative and innovative environment. This role involves coding, debugging, and testing software to ensure high-quality deliverables, as well as working closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to technical solutions.A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Design, code, and test software applications and modules, implement software solutions following best practices and coding standards, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of software to ensure reliability and functionality.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and solutions to improve software design and functionality.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for software designs, code, and user manuals.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve testing efficiency.
- Explore new technologies and tools to enhance software development efficiency and effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or C++.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Knowledge of version control systems, like Git.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug software issues.
- English communication skills including oral, written, presentation, and active listening.
- Ability to start a fulltime role in Alpharetta, GA starting June 2025.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship experience or academic projects related to software development is a plus.
- Cloud computing knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and/or Generative AI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
