Grainger Management LLC is seeking a Software Engineer in Lake Forest, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus 6 years related experience. Prior experience must include: Prepare acceptance criteria, description and technical notes for team members in connection to actively running B2B projects and A/B deployment strategies in digital ecommerce solutions workspace with collaboration from Enterprise Business Analyst (EBA), Product and Development Managers and review these tasks with the team during Triad meetings which determines project goals and objectives until completion; Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) as an individual contributor on customer reported feedback problems associated to SAP Hybris Performance and User Experience and provide immediate work around solutions or technical long-term solutions in a timely manner by engaging cross-functional teams within the organization; Design and contribute full stack secured source code using object-oriented programming frameworks, Sensible defaults, prepare business unit test cases and maximum code coverage that supports business requirements and review and provide recommendations during Architecture Design Review (ADR) sessions in collaboration with different teams; Design, analyze, and oversee operations of technical architecture and scalable high-performance systems and applications leveraging multiple programming languages and frameworks (JavaScript, Java, Object Relational Mapping (ORM), Unix, SQL) in a distributed environment followed by monitoring the application full-stack performance with tools namely Solar Winds for monitoring DB performance, Splunk and Dynatrace.
