• Software Development Lead – Node Backend (API)

Role Overview:
• Team Lead who works closely with the Scrum Master to ensure assigned stories are completed on time.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Build backend services for various business processes using NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST API, WebSocket, MongoDB, Redis, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with front-end developers for seamless integration of components.
• Work with serverless architecture, Docker, and AWS infrastructure.
• Implement effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Write unit tests for developed functionalities.
• Define code architecture decisions to support high performance and scalability.
• Ensure requirement coverage and adherence to best practices through code reviews.
• Liaise with application development and support teams to plan post–go-live support.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong understanding of database architecture design and design patterns.
• Experience working with code repositories (preferably GIT), Jira, and build tools.
• Familiarity with continuous delivery and deployment processes.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
• Proficiency in refactoring, writing clean and reusable code, and following best coding practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams.
