The Role

The Optimisation Lead at Kyndryl will be responsible for high quality and timely day to day delivery of Asset Management services across the organization. They will manage software assets and ensure compliance with licensing agreements. Activities include, but are not limited to: asset management order processing and placement, hardware and software systems, interface with support organizations, monitoring of processes, data flows and data repositories to ensure assets' data elements are being collected, handled, stored and reported accurately in accordance with vendor licensing terms and conditions; performance of timely asset data updates to maintain accuracy of database repository, identifying and managing asset discrepancies and compliance resolution process to closure.

· 10+ years of extensive experience with software asset management in managing major vendors specifically VMware, BMC, CA Broadcom, or Oracle.

· Demonstrable in-depth knowledge of software licensing models, optimization strategies, and compliance requirements.

· Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITAM platforms

· Proficiency in processing complex data sets and compiling accurate software compliance positions.

· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Prior experience conducting software license audits with one of the Big 4 audit firms is a plus.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $146,040 to $277,320 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:                                                                                                              

California: $160,680 to $332,760                                                                         

Colorado: $146,040 to $277,320                                                                          

New York City: $175,080 to $332,760                                                                            

Washington: $160,680 to $305,160
