Software Architecture - Sr Advisor II

What does a successful Sr Advisor II – Software Architecture do? At Fiserv, a successful Sr Advisor II in Software Architecture will lead and influence the design and development of advanced architectural projects focusing on innovative solutions in gift processing and digital wallet integration. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge technology, this role is integral in driving secure transaction methods and meeting business objectives.

What you will do:

• Lead the architectural design and development of complex projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create innovative architectural solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects.
• Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and frameworks for optimization.
• Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold security standards.
• Manage multiple initiatives and ensure timely delivery.

What you will need to have:

• 9+ years of experience in software architecture.
• 7+ years of experience in cryptographic functions and digital wallet integrations.
• 6+ years of experience in project management.
• 5+ years of experience with tokenization and secure transaction processing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

• 10+ years of experience in EMVCo TSP and tokenization.
• 11+ years of experience in creating architectural documentation.
• 9+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement and communication.
• 8+ years of experience in evaluating new technologies and frameworks.
• Certification in relevant security standards or practices.
