Responsibilities: ​

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and QA counterparts on functional design and analysis of requirements

• Design and develop a product in a metadata-driven development environment

• Create and maintain robust, efficient and maintainable code using an OO framework and class modeling 

• Create and maintain reliable automated tests

• Troubleshoot customer reported issues

• Mentor and learn from other team members through pair programming, code reviews, knowledge sharing, hackathons, etc

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience with Web application development or SaaS (Software as a Service); UML is a plus

• 3 yeas of OO design and development experience in an object oriented language such as Java, C#, etc...

• Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience

Other Qualifications

• Experience designing/developing business applications, (knowledge of HR or Human Capital Management is a plus)

• Experience with front-end development using React, Angular or similar technologies is highly desirable

• Must have experience developing REST API

• Must be a collaborative team player with good verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with XML and Integration technologies is a plus
