Summary: 

The Smartsheet PMO team (SS PMO) is committed to optimizing Xponential Fitness’s operational efficiency by leveraging Smartsheet tools, automation, and cross-platform integrations. Our team plays a crucial role in enhancing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as improving franchisee support, streamlining workflows, and accelerating studio openings. By standardizing processes, improving data alignment, and driving automation, we contribute to operational efficiency, franchisee success, and overall business growth.

As a Smartsheet PMO Manager, you will work closely with the PMO Lead to oversee Smartsheet-related initiatives, ensuring seamless execution while supporting the development team and all departments in streamlining work. This role will play a key part in making each brand and department more efficient by implementing automation, improving data integration, and optimizing project workflows. You will take ownership of system implementations, process optimizations, and stakeholder engagement, driving continuous improvement across the organization. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, project management skills, and cross-departmental collaboration to bridge the gap between execution and strategic oversight.

In addition to Smartsheet, this role will be supporting software process improvements related to project/process management operations supporting our development and brand teams.

Responsibilities:

Smartsheet Implementation and Management:

• Lead the deployment, optimization, and maintenance of Smartsheet to drive efficiency and business impact across multiple departments.
• Ensure Smartsheet configurations align with company objectives, scalability, and best practices.
• Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting and resolving complex Smartsheet-related issues.
• Collaborate with the PMO team, under the direction of PMO Lead, to continuously enhance department support of evolving business needs.

Standards, Best Practices, and Governance:

• Maintain and enforce project management standards, ensuring consistency in tracking, reporting, and execution within Smartsheet and/or other solutions.
• Contribute to, develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for department.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and security protocols.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and optimize efficiency.

Alignment and Data Integration:

• Support cross-departmental alignment by streamlining processes and integrating key systems (CRM, Smartsheet, Studio Operations, Data Storage). Collaborate with technology leaders for other platforms to achieve results.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual workloads and increase efficiency.
