This role works alongside the Origination group during screening and qualification of candidate sites, then takes the formal handoff of land and the site technical baseline at the FEL 0 admission gate and carries the site through characterization, licensing, and design integration (FEL 1–3) to readiness for construction.</p> <p>You are the continuity of site knowledge across the Origination/Development boundary: the person who ensures that what was promised at admission is what gets characterized, licensed, and ultimately built.
