Site Supervisor (OB AMXG)

Salary: $56160.00 annually

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor provides supervisory duties, oversight and control of SCA & Exempt personnel.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a Secret Clearance.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 5-10 years' experience.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good research skills.
• Strong work ethics.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and manage employees.
• Assigns and monitor tasks for all employees.
• Manages the workflow.
• Attends required meetings.
• Acts as single point of contact for interfacing with the Government.
• Reports accident/incidents.
• Assists in disciplinary actions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

The working conditions will mostly be a well-lit, air-conditioned shop environment.

Physical Requirements

This position must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. as well as have the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time. Physical requirements of the position may also include, but are not limited to, bending, twisting, and lifting.
