Site Supervisor

Sphere Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager / Supervisor to support a specialist fit-out and installation contractor on the Hinkley Point C project.

The Role

You will be responsible for supervising the site team, managing logistics and coordinating closely with the main project team to ensure installations are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing day-to-day site logistics and installation activities.

* Liaising with the main project delivery team and company management.

* Supervising installation quality and completing required QA documentation.

* Managing tools, materials, loading and unloading and on-site storage.

* Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained.

Requirements

* SSSTS – minimum requirement.

* Valid CSCS card.

* First Aid and additional H&S qualifications desirable.

* Previous experience supervising or managing construction/installation works.

* Able to commute to Hinkley Point C via the site bus service.

* Existing HPC induction/clearance highly desirable.

* Must be able to complete BPSS and site induction prior to starting.
