About the Team:
 

Pandora North America is looking for a Site Merchandising Coordinator to join our Ecommerce team. This role is primarily responsible for supporting the Ecommerce Content & Promotions team in executing day-to-day tasks related to campaign activations, content management, site operations and promotions for both US and Canadian websites. Additionally, this role will have dedicated focus on supporting trade and merchandising activities for our Canadian website.

 

The Site Merchandising Coordinator is a pivotal role in our team that requires a highly organized, task-oriented individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with managing multiple competing priorities.

 

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in our core systems (or similar) including SalesForce Commerce Cloud Business and CoreMedia or Amplience Content Management System (CMS).

 

), Content Square, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, JIRA, and Asana.

Your Role as a Site Merchandising Coordinator:

 

  • Partner with Content Specialists to support content management and campaign activation tasks including pre-launch planning, page builds, scheduling and publishing.
  • Support day-to-day trade and merchandising tasks for Canada and the US websites (English and French) at both product and category levels in SalesForce and Digital River PIM
  • Responsible for regular CoreMedia/Amplience CMS, SalesForce and Content Square maintenance tasks ensuring tools are kept organized with the aim of driving efficiency for all users.
  • Proof/validate all copy produced by global teams for campaigns, product descriptions, etc for all three websites (US English, CA English and CA French)
  • Act as website content quality control troubleshooting issues and raising JIRA tickets for fixes and improvements needed.
  • Partner with Promotions Specialist to assist in promotions UAT, tracking, content scheduling and publish, subsequently partner on performance review of campaign execution.
  • Place/track/return live test orders as required.
  • Implement/update SEO content as needed.

 

Craft your career with us if you have:
 

  • 2+ years working in similar role.
  • 1+ years' experience with headless Content Management systems such as CoreMedia, Amplience or similar enterprise-level tool
  • Expereince with HTML, XML, and CSS (preferred)
  • 1+ years' experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud or similar
  • Preferably some experience with ContentSquare or similar
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA ticketing and ASANA workflow
  • Highly organized individual who excels at taking the initiative to make existing processes better and introducing new ones where necessary.
  • Master multitasker capable of switching tools and focus with ease.
  • Strong attention to detail tempered with an excellent grasp of the importance of speed-to-market.
  • Excellent communicator with comfort interacting cross-functionally and at various levels.

 


NYC Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience
