Site Manager – Blanchardstown

The CSR Group are working with a specialist fit-out contractor based in Blanchardstown who is seeking a Site Manager to oversee office fit-out and refurbishment projects ranging from €20k to €2m.

This would suit a hands-on Site Manager who enjoys fast-paced projects, coordinating trades and delivering high-quality finishes. Works include complete office fit-outs and upgrades within occupied premises.

Package

€60,000–€75,000 depending on experience.

Company car and phone.

Responsibilities

Manage daily site activities from commencement through to handover.

Coordinate subcontractors, materials and deliveries to meet tight programmes.

Oversee partitions, ceilings, finishes and the coordination of building services.

Maintain quality and safety while minimising disruption in occupied buildings.

Manage snagging, resolve site issues and keep the project team informed.

Requirements

Previous Site Management experience within commercial fit-out or refurbishment.

Strong knowledge of finishing trades and construction sequencing.

Confident managing subcontractors and delivering quick-turnaround projects.

Excellent attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.

Strong communication and organisational skills.
