Site Manager – Limerick

The CSR Group are working with a contractor who is seeking an experienced Site Manager for high-value government and infrastructure projects in Limerick.

The role involves overseeing daily construction activities on storage facilities and an administrative office development, with a strong focus on safe, efficient delivery.

Package

€80,000–€100,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Manage daily site operations, subcontractors and direct labour.

Plan work sequences, deliveries and site resources.

Ensure works meet drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Lead site safety and monitor progress against the programme.

Maintain site records and coordinate snagging and completion.

Requirements

Previous Site Management experience on substantial construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods and site safety.

Proven ability to coordinate trades and maintain programme deadlines.

A hands-on approach and strong communication skills.

Comfortable working in a site-based role in Limerick.
