Site Finance Controller

• Managing all finance of Site
• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements
• Planning & Reporting Responsibility
• Continuous improvement of processes, methods and tools to secure benchmarkable controlling and reporting processes as well as modern, suitable ways of communication to align with the Business Function and Corporate Controlling
• Coordination of planning framework conditions and results as well as full responsibility for the preparation of all management documents including the KPI transitions
• Responsibility for actual and forecast reporting including monitoring of cost development and deviation analyses, in close cooperation with Corporate Analytics

 

Site Finance Controller

• Decision recommendations, coordination and follow-up with the Business Function Management as well as Corporate Controlling to ensure target achievement
• Create and implement the financial strategy; define the annual budget and implement rolling forecasts
• Prepare reporting packages, analysis data and management information to support decision makers
• Manage cost, profit, invest, working capital and cash flow
• Lead the Finance & Controlling team; review, analyze and monitor operating results in relation to costs, budgets and operating policies
• Direct and control accounting functions as well as liaise with accounting shared services and internal and external auditors
   
• Your profile:
• CMA / CA with at least 7 to 14 yrs years of experience in Financial Affairs including Plant Controlling, Product-Calculation and leadership experience
