Shipping/Loading Distribution

Overview
Warehouse, Shipping Loader, Parts puller, is responsible for assisting in fulfilling orders by loading and unloading units and merchandise onto trailers for shipment. The loader works collaboratively with a team to ensure that all loading and unloading processes are safe, smooth and efficient.
Job Responsibilities
• Load units and merchandise onto trailers
• Scan merchandise prior to loading to maintain accountability
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; record location of inventory
• Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders
• Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product
• Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Work Environment
• Physical labor - loading, pushing, pulling, standing, lifting
• Must have a high level of agility.
