Position type: Hourly

Responsibilities and Duties (Include but not limited to):

• Responsible for preparation, operation, and maintenance of assigned shipping materials and equipment

• Responsible for receiving all incoming shipments, verifying their contents, and ensuring that they match the packing list and purchase order.

• Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. This includes tracking numbers, invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

• Maintains accurate inventory records, including stock levels, locations, and expiration dates.

• Ensure that material is packaged and shipped as indicated on MTM Traveler or Customer Instructions

• Responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the country, including preparing necessary customs documents and complying with international regulations.
   

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma

• Previous Shipping / Receiving Experience

• Microsoft Office Experience

• Inventory and cycle counting experience

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in creating Fed Ex and UPS systems for shipments - Strongly Preferred

• 1-2 years’ experience in logistics

• Experience in manufacturing environment

• Forklift Experience

Physical Requirements:

• Be able to stand, walk, and bend for duration of shift

• Be able to reach with both hands and lift up to 50lbs

• Adapt to a hot work environment

• Able to work at a fast pace while paying attention to detail
