Shift Supervisor - 2nd shift- Full Time

You will lead and guide a team of caregivers, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care and attention. Essential Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the clinical/resident care team during second shift.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
• Ensure residents’ individual service plans are followed and that their needs are met with dignity and respect.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with senior care or assisted living a plus.
• Nursing degree or certification in a related field a plus.
