About The Role
The Setter Team Lead is responsible for leading and managing a team of 4-6 Sales Development Representatives (Setters) to meet and exceed sales goals on top of handling your own calls and pipeline. You’ll oversee the sales process, coach team members, and implement strategies to drive performance and growth. This role is critical to Publishing.com’s success, as your leadership directly impacts revenue and team achievement. You’ll analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and coach your team to hit aggressive sales goals. By fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, you’ll ensure the team operates at its best. Responsibilities
- Engage with leads through dynamic live sales calls via phone and Zoom, selling with relentless enthusiasm and a desire to win
- Create a culture of continuous improvement where teams are motivated and coached for success
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members consistently and even more when they run into roadblocks
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities to support setting sales goals and targets for the team
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities by embodying the values and behaviors expected of the sales team, leading by example, and being a role model of Publishing.com's core values
- Develop and implement new and fresh sales strategies and processes
Results
- Professional attire and presentation style, including being punctual for 100% of calls and meetings
- You and each member of your team are expected to hit the following KPIs consistently:
- 100% script adherence for quality and compliance
- 95% Show Rate to your Setter calls
- 97% Set Rate
- 92% Show Rate to the Closer calls
- 45% Conversion Rate (Set to Close)
- 56+ sets closed monthly
Requirements
- 2+ years of remote, high ticket offer sales experience and a proven history of meeting and exceeding substantial sales objectives
- 1+ years of experience leading a team in the high ticket sales space
- Track record of managing winning teams that close at a 50% or higher rate
- Demonstrated ability to use data to identify trends, understand opportunities, and propose solutions
- Highly motivated, positive, and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to make good decisions quickly and independently, but still coachable and receptive to feedback
- A genuine passion for contributing to the success of Publishing.com and its students
- Experience using Hubspot, Zoom, Loom, and Slack
Expected Compensation
$33,000 USD Salary + Commission + Bonus
OTE $150,000 - $165,000 USD Annually
