Set-up Operator l - Cheraw 1 - 2nd Shift

Your Key Responsibilities

• Setup and Operate machinery for production of high quality parts to Customer specification
• Change tooling at the beginning of each production run
• Run production, making necessary adjustments
• Performance of some mechanical maintenance to keep line running
• Verify sampling of parts for conformance to specification-Master all gages
• Component lot control and stock
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Required to follow all Company policies and procedures
• Other duties as required by Supervisor

Your Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to read manufacturing prints and make precision measurements as required
• Two (2) years’ set up experience, preferred but not required
• Have the ability to safely lift 40 pounds
• Must be able to stand up to 8 hrs.  (break excluded)
• Manual Dexterity, Motor coordination, Hand-eye coordination, Spatial and form coordination
• Mech aptitude
• Basic Knowledge of hand tools, mechanical devices
