NTT Data is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager in New York City to make a massive impact on our global client.

Project Duration: One year initially

Payment: Competitive Hourly Rate

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the achievement of programme outputs by managing programme implementation.
• Provide technical guidance and substantial inputs for program implementation, including:

• Coordinate the development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow
• Manage project implementation and oversee technical architectural design
• Provide quality assurance on all deliverables
• Maintain and build relationships within UN and partners for the purposes of facilitating the implementation of programme activities and improving the quality and relevance of programme implementation.

• Coordinate the design of the programme workplan and implementation modalities, define the composition of the programme team, and develop individual workplans. 
• Ensure the effective planning, recruitment, and development of a flexible workforce with the skills and competencies needed to ensure optimum performance.
• Lead and motivate the programme team and foster a positive work environment, respectful of both men and women, and ensure that the highest standards of conduct are observed.
• Coordinate information flow between implementation teams and team members, ensuring delivery against targets.
• Identify the needs, determine the costs and plan support services, including human resources, procurement, finance, travel and administrative services, for smooth programme implementation.
• Establish monitoring mechanisms to track programme results against targets and solve implementation bottlenecks.
• Contribute to the management and upkeep of risk management and issue management logs and processes for the programme.
• Identify, contribute to, record, and share the ongoing development and implementation of best practice, lessons identified, and innovative approaches to improve overall programme performance.
• Prepare high quality summary and analytical reports on programme implementation.
• Provide substantive inputs to plan the next phase of the programme.

Desired skills and experience:

• 10+ years of experience with managing diverse IT projects both large and small
•  Knowledge of life cycle and project management methodologies (Agile)
•  Ability to track costs, schedule, and performance progress
•  Ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audience alike to achieve buy-in on IT solutions
• 5+ Experience with ServiceNow system implementations (CSM)
• ServiceNow Certifications (Certified System Administrator (CSA); Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management)

Education:

• BA or BS degree in Engineering, CS, Systems, Technical, Business, or Science or equivalent expereince
