Job Description: 

The ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Developer is responsible for application sustainment support, as well as development of future capabilities and integrations as applicable. This role is critical in ensuring that the CMDB is a reliable foundation for IT operations and service delivery, contributing to organizational efficiency and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Work in an Agile manner
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develops the application including configuration, report dashboard development, and data migration, where applicable
  • Performs custom development as required and 3rd party integrations
  • Carries out unit testing and defect resolution
  • Carries out migration of the changes to production
  • Assists with technical design and documentation
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements

Here's what you need:

• Must be U.S. Citizen
• 2 years of configuration development skills in ServiceNow environments
• Understanding of JavaScript
• Knowledge of SDLC and digital platforms

Nice to have:

• Experience with CMDB
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA
• A level of business acumen is required to build a trusted advisor level of relationship with the customer
• Knowledge AGILE methodology

 

Security Clearance:

• An active TS/SCI security clearance is required and must be willing to obtain a polygraph

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
